Chaney Farrell Academy of Irish Dance

Chaney Farrell Academy of Irish Dance provides quality Irish dance tuition in South Dublin, Ireland. Class locations include Cabinteely, Dublin 18, Foxrock & Mount Merrion.

The Academy was founded in 1965 by Bernadette Chaney TCRG, ADCRG and is headed by her daughter Deirdre Farrell TCRG, ADCRG, Grade Examiner. Deirdre is a multiple All-Ireland Champion winning 5 titles from age 11 to senior level.

Classes are for both children (from the age of 3.5 years) and adults. See Class Schedule for our range of classes. 
 

We provide our students with a strong foundation in Irish Dance. Pupils are encouraged to develop skills to the best of their ability while appreciating the culture of our national dance and music.

All classes are great exercise and good fun.

Our puils can choose to dance for enjoyment and if they wish, participate in Feiseanna organised by An Coimisiun Le Rinci Gaelacha .

We also organise Grade Examinations to proivde our students with a structured learning experience.

Opportunities also exist to take part in local displays & TV appearances.
